- Non-Refundable Policy: Once a service is booked and payment is made, it is non-refundable. We are dedicated to providing immediate and personalized support to our clients, and the booking process initiates the allocation of resources and availability of our Empathetic Listeners.
- Date/Time Transfer: We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule your booked service, we offer a date/time transfer option. You are allowed to transfer the service to a different date and time up to two times after the original purchase.
- Transfer Procedure: To request a date/time transfer, please contact our support team at helloempathyconnect@gmail.com. Transfers are subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred alternative.
- Transfer Deadline: The date/time transfer request must be submitted at least 24 hours before the originally scheduled service. Requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may not be eligible for transfer.
- Service Availability: Date/time transfers are subject to the availability of our Empathetic Listeners and may not be guaranteed for all time slots. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to secure your preferred alternative.
- Expiry Date: Please note that the purchased service and any date/time transfers must be utilized within 3 months from the original purchase date. After this period, the service will expire, and no further transfers will be permitted.
- Cancellation: In the event that you no longer require the service and do not wish to transfer it to an alternative date/time, please be aware that the original booking remains non-refundable.
- Service Enhancement: If Hello Empathy enhances or modifies the booked service before the scheduled date, the updated service will be automatically applied, and no additional fees will be charged.
- Exceptions: In rare cases of technical issues or service unavailability on our end, we will offer a full refund or an alternative date/time for the service at your convenience.
